| Trauma Constellation Workshops with Clare Kavanagh Cambridge, UK Constellations enable us to work with traumatic experiences from our own lives and with unresolved trans-generational traumatic experiences that come to us through the process of bonding, creating symbiotic entanglements. We might identify these symbiotic entanglements* through particular physical, emotional or psychological symptoms we experience e.g. depression, physical illness, addictions, eating disorders, suicidal impulses, psychosis. Despite our best efforts our suffering defies explanation or resolution. We are unable to readily locate the causes of our difficulties in our own autobiographical narrative, yet when we begin to look at the trauma of our parents, grand-parents and beyond we begin to comprehend the potential causes of our suffering. The constellation gives us an effective tool to attend to our unconscious entanglements and to the potential healing of our own soul. * Symbiotic entanglements Franz Ruppert.
